We started this blog to share what we’re learning. AI workforce automation sits at the intersection of several hard problems: understanding unstructured business data, executing multi-step workflows reliably, and building products that people trust to do real work. We write about how we approach these problems and what we’ve figured out along the way.

Who we are

HOAi was acquired by Vantaca in December 2024. We’ve grown 10x in employees and revenue since. Our engineering team is small, fast, and builds with AI tools as a core part of our workflow.
